If you suffer from any food allergies or intolerances our staff will be happy to assist you. As you can tell by our menu, we prepare many dishes using hundreds of products & ingredients. We do this all in a small kitchen. Given this constraint and after conducting an extensive allergen risk assessment, we are aware of a significant allergen cross contamination risk across a broad range of the menu. Therefore, some allergens will be present in foods even if the original food product didn’t contain those allergens before it was prepared.

Unfortunately, due to the reasons above and to allow for product changes or substitutions we can not guarantee any meals are free of any allergens including for example, vegetarian meals coming into contact with fish products.

The allergen table above shows every allergen that is likely to be contained in each dish. A green tick shows the allergen is contained in the food when it arrives in our kitchen. A red tick shows that the food is likely to have come into contact with the allergen at some point in the cooking process. We strongly advice you not eat any meal that contains either a green or red tick if you suffer from that allergy.

Although it is in our interest to do so, we are currently unable to prepare meals safely to individual customer allergy requirements. We hope to be able to do this in the future and to reduce the number of foods that contain allergens. Once we have put the relevant processes in place, we will update our allergy information accordingly.
