We are currently conducting an extensive allergen risk assessment. Whilst we have Identified most allergens in our products (ask to see allergen menu), we are aware that there is a significant risk due to cross-contamination across a board range of the menu.
We are actively putting processes in place to reduce the risk of cross contamination including seeking out allergen free products and adjusting how and where food is cooked and prepared. In the mean time we would like to make you aware some allergens may be present in some foods even if the original food product didn’t contain those allergens before it was prepared.
Over the coming days and weeks this page wil be updated with new information, including which of our foods we have deemed free of cross-contamination and only contain allergens which are listed in the allergen menu!
